Where do I begin with this great company and it's even better employees, Aaron and Sasha redefine what it means to be professional with how courteous and effective they were at replacing what seemed like the most stubborn windows in the world which btw are the 80s. They kept great communication with me every step of the way pointed out all problems or points of concern and fixed anything issues that they encountered regardless of it was window related.
What these two have accomplished is nothing short of a work of art with how good these windows came, so could that even the artists from the Renaissance era would be in shock and awe,no seriously that's how good these window replacement job that if one would solely focus on the windows it would feel like a brand new home. Each window was replaced with such care and they even replaced the rotted from work and sealed it up perfectly, as well as the window sills. Truly felt like family with how well these gentlemen took care of my home and windows done to the clean up job, truly a blessing to have had them work on this project for me.
As for the windows themselves, they look beautiful much better than the previous with the added benefit of privacy during the day them as these windows are quite reflective. They even helped keep the house cooler as they are very effective at getting the heat at bay. Before getting close to the windows during a hot day you feel like you can cook and egg or bake a chicken with the heat the windows allowed in but with these new ones you don't feel a thing which is great. Although I can't say I got to see their heat resistance thoroughly as they were installed towards the end of the hot season but once summer returns I'll be sure to update how well they lower my electric bill.

It's easy to work with down to earth straight talking people running a family business. There are other options in the market, but it's easy decision to buy local when product quality is good, work quantity is high, and there is no feeling that you are getting taken advantage of. I found these guys by accident when I needed some windows. I will go back to them in the future.

We are thrilled with our new windows! Initially, I was worried they would darken our home but not at all! They look beautiful and it just enhances the view we have behind our house. We randomly searched you tube for window advice, and we found some helpful videos with Eric and Protex Windows. It turned out the company serviced our area. The team came out and did a great job, installing the windows within two days, and cleaning up afterwards, which I really appreciated. Eric was very responsive and helpful in giving us advice and pointers for our new home. We did some research on our own, and the windows will pay themselves off within a few years, making the investment completely worth it. Aside, from that, they look gorgeous. They helped us select and replace all 16 windows of our home using ProTex Remodeling Solar Defense Premium Vinyl Replacement Windows which help reduce the amount of hot Texas heat coming in and made our house feel cooler immediately! We decided to get all of our windows replaced, redo the siding, and get rain gutters. After getting estimates from several places, ProTex was a little bit more expensive, but we chose them because we had confidence that they would be able to do the best job. I'm so glad we went with them. They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Eric was able to explain in great detail the differences between the available window options, and helped us choose the one that fit our needs. The windows installation took only half a day. The siding did take longer than normal, because our roof's eaves had some trim sticking out all around the house that had to be sawed off. I was glad that they took their time to do it right, and the finished project looks amazing. I would highly recommend ProTex Remodeling to others looking to get windows or siding done.

ProTex had to repair siding, that was from a national window/siding company. The original siding leaked above my garage. ProTex took the siding down and added a drip cap and a flange to prevent water leaks. ProTex explained everything and was professional in reinstalling the siding. Extremely pleased with the results.
Called Erik at Pro Tex he came out and met my mom and myself and explained the process and price of the installation. The guys came out 3 weeks later and went over and beyond to install the new windows. Made sure everything was to our satisfaction and cleaned up the debris. Mom love her new cooler look windows. We recently had all the windows in our home replaced by ProTex Remodeling. They were recommended to us by a coworker who had a great experience with them. Well from the initial consultation to final installation, the process was great for us too. They explained our window options and then gave us a quote in which we were very pleased with. They kept us updated with the process. Installation day went smoothly. The 2 man crew worked efficiently while protecting our furniture and floors. Then just like that they were finished and had everything cleaned up in a timely manner. We are extremely happy with our new windows and would recommend ProTex Remodeling to everyone.

I contacted Protex after I had already reached out to another remodeling company and signed a contract with them. I wasn’t completely confident in my choice, so I started searching for another company. I found Protex through YouTube and began watching all their videos. I found them to be very informative and was impressed by how well Eric (Protex's owner) explained the deficiencies he found in the houses he worked on and how he planned to address them.
So, I contacted Eric and explained the issues I was experiencing with my house. Just like in his videos, he was very professional and informative, explaining what the problem might be and showing eagerness to inspect my home.
Since I was still within my three-day cancellation window, I decided to cancel my contract with the first remodeling company and signed with Protex. From start to finish, Eric and his team were fantastic. He personally brought siding product and color samples to my house. My partner and I took a couple of weeks to decide on the product and color we wanted, and Eric never pressured us during that time. Once we made our decision, he ordered all the materials, which arrived within a few weeks.
We also purchased a wooden door from Saginaw Surplus and a back sliding glass door, both of which Protex installed. Additionally, they stained all of our exterior brick.
Protex removed my old siding, front exterior door, and back sliding glass door and installed all the new materials within a few weeks. Of course, weather was a factor, but Eric kept me informed about whether his team could work through inclement conditions or would need to resume the next day. They even worked weekends when the weather prevented them from working during the week.
All in all, I’m very satisfied with how my house turned out, it looks brand new! I highly recommend Protex to anyone looking to remodel the exterior of their home.

After a strong storm came in and damaged our siding, we received a couple quotes on siding replacement. Protex Remodeling provided an unbeatable quote that also included replacement of 10 windows and 2 sliding doors for the same price as the siding only from competitors (using the same product). I appreciate the straightforward approach of the owner in lieu of salesman tactics. There were a few issues that arose during installation (windows and doors came in the wrong sliding direction) but Eric made sure to address those and make everything right. While this is a small family owned company, rest assured you can trust them to do the right thing and execute a beautiful end product.
