All in home purchases have a three day rescission period for your protection. Once the rescission has expired, materials are ordered and paid for. All material orders are custom to your home and must go through the manufacturing process. Therefore, deposits made to ProTex Remodeling are not refundable after the date of rescission has expired.

Foundation Finance does a hard credit pull at the time of application. A hard credit pull will show as an inquiry on your consumer credit report. Both HSF Financial and SuperMoney Lending do a soft pull on the initial application. A soft pull will not show as an inquiry on your consumer credit report. However, ALL lenders do a hard pull before final loan approval.

At ProTex Remodeling we understand that life happens. However, contracts are legal and binding to ALL parties and are non negotiable after the date of rescission has expired. If you were approved for a loan from our direct funding lenders. We suggest that you deposit that money into a separate escrow account or pay the contract in full at the time of signing.

In most cases home improvement loans are simple interest and can be paid off at anytime without penalty. However, we suggest that you verify this with your lender before signing your loan documents.
